No stores manual. No inventory controls. No documentation trail. No accountability framework. Dozens of project sites, each running stores their own way. Most infrastructure companies operating dispersed sites across India share this problem. It stays invisible until it starts costing real money. I build the entire governance system from scratch. Right now, I'm doing this across 60+ live railway infrastructure project sites for a publicly listed company. Building stores accounting frameworks and manuals from zero. Training that makes governance stick at site level. Delivering visibility and control where none existed. I'm also domain SPOC for the ERP 2.0 Inventory Module on MS Dynamics, shaping its design from conception through go-live, drawing on 35+ years across Army logistics, 3PL warehousing at Mahindra Logistics, and governance building across 60+ sites. This isn't theoretical consulting. I live inside the transformation daily. WHAT I DELIVER: → Stores Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions and governance documents, built from zero → Inventory governance frameworks for multi-site operations → Warehouse design, layout, zoning, stacking and storage norms documentation → Receipt, issue and reconciliation process architecture → Training that transfers governance capability to site-level teams → Property and asset governance: asset census, lease management, lifecycle protocols → ERP inventory module domain consulting (requirements to go-live) WHERE THIS COMES FROM: Corporate: At Mahindra Logistics, owned and controlled ~4.5M sq ft of premium warehousing across 13 facilities at 7 locations (Head, BTS Services). Later as Cluster Head (North), ran 3PL ops for two M&M plants, 150+ personnel per site, full P&L accountability. Military: 31 years, Indian Army Service Corps. Led logistics for 40,000+ personnel across Army, Navy and Air Force while automating the Army's largest food and fuel distribution centre. Separately, managed strategic asset security across 30+ installations in J&K/Ladakh, 7,000+ troops. Zero breaches in counter-insurgency zones.
