Most infrastructure companies operating dispersed sites across India share this problem. It stays invisible until it starts costing real money. I build the entire governance system from scratch. Right now, I'm doing this across 60+ live railway infrastructure project sites for a publicly listed company. Building stores accounting frameworks and manuals from zero.
