My career spans global banks, exchanges, and startups. I’ve built and led derivatives desks, risk and collateral management units, clearing platforms, and regulatory working groups. I’ve been a long-time advocate for integrating distributed ledger technology into post-trade systems, having spoken publicly on its promise as early as 2015. I’ve worked across the full trade lifecycle—pre-trade, trading, and post-trade—in both traditional and digital markets, including fiat and stablecoin rails. My focus remains consistent: driving innovation while maintaining the checks, balances, and governance frameworks that institutions, investors and consumers depend on. I believe the future lies in tradigital architecture —merging the scalability and speed of digital platforms with the trust, structure, and compliance of traditional finance to support both consumer and capital markets.
