About

Wes Schroll is a serial entrepreneur who founded his first company at the age of 14. After two small start-up ventures, he wrote a business plan for what would one day become Fetch during his sophomore year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He used that plan to win over $180,000 in cash, office space, and other prizes from business school plan competitions. Wes dropped out of school in 2013 to begin building the company. Over the following years, he has built a company that has grown to over 850+ employees. In March of 2022, Fetch closed its Series E financing round with $240 million led by Hamilton Lane. Fetch is a bona fide "Unicorn" with a valuation of over $2.5 billion. Wes is the CEO, overseeing all high-level strategy and major business relationships. He focuses on keeping a finger on the pulse of the end-users to ensure the product delivers as much value as possible. He works with their large CPG partners, retailers, and casual-fast restaurants to deliver a strong ROI for their participation in the program. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Fetch, America's Rewards App, empowers consumers to Live Rewarded and helps brands create lifelong customers through the power of Fetch Points. Fetch has sweeping visibility into what consumers buy, capturing more than $152 billion worth of transactions annually using cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. To date, Fetch users have submitted more than 5 billion receipts and earned more than $1 billion in rewards.

  • As the CEO I spend the majority of my time at Fetch setting strategic vision and long term direction while empowering our leaders to build world-class teams of their own. I also spend time against working with partners and users to evolve the Fetch platform into a powerful tool that they can't imagine living without. At my time at Fetch we have grown to a staff of over 700 FTEs across multiple offices, built a product that has multiple receipts submitted every second, and delivered millions of dollars of savings to our users. Going forward, I am most looking forward to expanding our amazing team and serving millions of users.
  • We love connecting with ambitious people who are trying to tackle hard problems! Send me a message if you want to talk further.

  • I started Fuzion Innovations to serve as a learning sandbox as I worked to hone in my entrepreneurial skills as a Sophomore in high school. Under Fuzion Innovations we championed two products and brought them through the development of business plans, provisional patents, initial customer introduction and much more. The first product was a cellphone case that doubled as a wallet and the second product was a simplified tablet for low-income school districts. Over their development of these products we worked with companies across the US, Ukraine and China to develop prototypes and introduce the products to potential partners who would bring them to market. Although we never brought a product to the commercial market, these four years of experience helped me to build a strong foundational network, develop the skills needed to bring an idea to life and learn how to sell a vision before a product exists.
