I've been building products and companies for over 20 years. Some worked out. Some I had to shut down. I learned a lot from all of it. And honestly, I wish I knew all this earlier. But that's how it works, you can't. I've been through a lot of different things. Couldn't raise when I needed to. Spent a long time building a product that nobody wanted. Worked with wrong people. Built partnerships that didn't make sense, and couldn't see it at the time. Moved countries. Started from zero. Now I'm Director of Platform at Grishin Robotics, where I'm building the GRx Accelerator in London, a founder-friendly, equity-free program that we're trying to do differently from how accelerators usually work. We work with founders across AI, robotics and other verticals. I spend most of my time now working with founders who are, honestly, in the same place I once was. Trying to make sense of things. Trying to turn something they feel into a clear direction. I see the same patterns, same mistakes, same doubts. And I understand them really well. Not from books. I just went through it myself. What I really care about is helping founders get from confusion to real conviction. From "I think there might be something here" to "I know what to build, I know why, and I know how to grow it."
