Jessica T. Ilunga — Founder
✨ I believe that justice should serve people, not systems — and that restoring human dignity must be at the heart of justice reform. So, I founded Ius Stella, a nonprofit organization transforming the way justice is delivered, measured, and experienced. Our work sits at the intersection of legal empowerment, social justice, and technology. We started in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), where we provide legal and social assistance to vulnerable detainees, advocate for systemic reform, and develop digital tools to make justice more accessible and data-driven. Our mission is to ensure that no one is forgotten behind bars, and to build a justice system that is more human, more transparent, and more accountable. This space is where I share the human stories and lessons from our work, as well as some reflections on my entrepreneurial journey building a mission-driven organization in fragile contexts. 👉 I’m always happy to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, justice reform advocates, funders, digital innovators, and anyone who believes in the power of love and joy to transform humanity. So please, do reach out!
