• The TATA Consultancy Tech Challenge 2015 was a collaboration of five universities, each of which was assigned a charity partner. I was the leader of the team from UCL and our charity partner was Missing People.
• As the leader for the team from UCL, I undertook the following work:
• Allocated roles to team members as per their expertise to ensure efficient and high quality delivery.
• Prepared a robust timeline and project plan for the 2 month long project.
• Conducted client meetings at Missing People's office and liaised with mentors from TCS to implement best consultancy practices.
• Contributed innovative technical, design, costing and fundraising solutions for which detailed plans of execution were prepared.
• IT Solutions included a new Microsite and techniques for improved Search Engine Optimisation and £8,000 of new funding sourced to initiate these.
• Provided a long term digital strategy including solutions to safeguard the sustainable growth of the charity in the future.
• Achieved Runners-Up position at the finale event of the competition held in TCS London Office.
