About

Ever felt like you’re leading everyone… but have no space to think for yourself? People look to you for clarity. But who do you go to when your own thoughts feel tangled? Most leaders I work with are not confused. They are overloaded. They’re navigating growth, transitions, board pressure, scaling teams, personal expectations and somewhere in the middle, they start losing connection with themselves. That’s where I come in. I’m Gaurav Arora. Executive Coach. Host of the podcast xMonks Drive, where I explore the inner life of leaders. Community builder working with leaders, coaches, and organisations across India. 18+ years in this work. 12,000+ hours of real conversations with leaders. I work with CXOs, entrepreneurs, and startup founders across India, especially during moments that define them: - Big career transitions - Scaling challenges - Identity shifts - Executive presence struggles - Communication breakdowns - Quiet self-doubt no one else sees Over the years, this work has shaped the framework I now use with leaders: The Leader’s Trifecta. English wasn’t natural to me. I come from a lower middle-class background where nothing came easy. So when I coach leaders on communication and presence, or during transitions, it’s not theory. I’ve rebuilt my own voice. What I actually do in my work: - Build deep self-awareness - Strengthen executive presence - Help leaders express clearly and powerfully - Challenge blind spots (subtly, not aggressively) - Help founders scale beyond their own mindset I don’t give advice from a pedestal. I sit beside you and you see what you can’t see alone. Or probably you might overlook? My work includes: A) 1:1 Executive Coaching (6 or 12 months) For emerging and established CXOs who want clarity, certainty, and stronger presence. I help them reclaim clarity, lead with unshakable certainty, and build a life of joy, security, and financial freedom- while creating a meaningful legacy for their teams, families, and future B) Leadership Retreats & Workshops For corporate leaders who need space to pause, reflect, and reconnect, with themselves and with other thoughtful leaders. Why do leaders choose to work with me? - 18+ years of experience - 10,000+ coaching hours - I simplify what feels complex - I listen deeply - I challenge gently but firmly - I believe in work-life integration, not balance - I believe leadership starts with connection to self If you’re a CEO, founder, or CXO in India and something here resonates… Let’s talk. Take your first step DM “I commit” to know more.
