• 2026: Led discovery and design discussions for a new product, worked on several infrastructure automation opportunities and took the exit in March.
• 2025: Worked on designing and architecting complex products, leading stakeholder conversations to navigate broad problem statements and translate them into clear technical documentation. Designed solutions for high-complexity modules, modernized existing services with adherence to architectural best practices, mentored peers while continuing to learn from them, and explored Generative AI and vibe-coding workflows using modern AI-powered IDEs.
• 2024: Took on increased responsibility as the lead engineer, driving greater ownership across solution design, architecture, security, and code quality. Designed, developed, and refactored multiple areas of the product, contributing to meaningful improvements. These efforts streamlined automation pipelines for stakeholders, resulting in significant time and effort savings and a much smoother customer experience. Added Terraform, Kubernetes and Docker Compose to my tech stack.

• 2023: Reached a level of maturity where module development with intermediate-level complexity has become a cakewalk for me. Able to provide design suggestions to peers and have the confidence to conduct critical code reviews. Can now recognize what should not be done to keep the product stable and became capable to participate in .Net related debates that happens on social media. Moving away from the belief that software engineering is just science, it is becoming more of an art form for me. On people's side, understood the importance of quality communication, professional bond and learnt how to create big impact.
• 2022: Developed ERP integrations with the product that I am working on, ditched .Net Framework for .Net Core and upgraded our product so that it can take advantage of new things in tech and also keep us relevent in market, developed two new modules, and optimized some code. I have got enough maturity now to carry out execution of modules from design till deployment, give ideas to do more automation and increase the strength of the team. Now we are a strong tribe of 5 as well and one amazing manager. I have best friends at work now.

• 2021: Built a major module that can process large Excel files and provide validations, did a lot of tax forms automation, developed some small modules, upgraded UI, enhanced applications with dozens of new features, faster performance and did maintenance by bug fixes. Now we are 4 members in the team and a manager who is guiding me to become better. I can call one of them as my really good friend.
• 2020: Got familiar with applications, developed one major module to process millions of transactions, worked on forms automation and fixed quite a few bugs. We are a team of 3 members and one manager who is really supportive. I can tell one of the team members is my friend now (hesitantly).
