Over the past few years, I’ve helped 5+ e-commerce businesses gain over 600,000 users and generate more than $1M in sales — through design. I’ve worked across industries like e-commerce, health tech, ride-hailing, online coaching, gaming, and AI, in countries including Singapore, Morocco, Norway, Iraq, Dubai, the USA, and the UK. One of my proudest moments was at Shopwithme. When I joined, the company made just $500/day in revenue. After redesigning the user experience and implementing key design improvements, we grew that to $9,000/day — a 17x jump in revenue. That success came from truly understanding our users and making every design decision count toward improving satisfaction and conversions. I also redesigned their Watch Screens and Health AI App, further strengthening engagement. At Kakas Group, I redesigned their mobile apps and games such as Dalil Iraq and XOXO Gold Rush. By focusing on UX research and modern UI principles, we achieved a 50% revenue increase in just six months — while boosting retention and overall satisfaction.
