I’m a Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon Connect building secure, highly scalable distributed systems at global scale to power the next generation of AI-first customer service workloads. Amazon Connect is an easy to use omnichannel cloud contact center that helps companies provide superior customer service at a lower cost.
As part of my internship, I designed and built a tool that allows internal developers to automate the creation of new security profile permissions across the product. The tool generates dynamic source code, and builds itself into the infrastructure with minimal developer involvement.
