I completed my schooling at CM College, Darbhanga, earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), and later pursued a PGDM in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Development (EID) from CIMP, Patna. While my academic journey shaped my entrepreneurial thinking, marketing and leadership skills and a keen interest in Finance it was my lived experience in Bihar that shaped my purpose. For years, I carried a deep concern for households in my town, families repeatedly facing unprofessional, unreliable, and low-quality services, despite having skilled workers all around them. In 2022, this concern turned into structured research and bold intent. What followed was a clear realization of the Bihar paradox: vast untapped markets, immense human potential, but deeply unorganised service ecosystems. In 2023, I launched AbhiCares with a simple but powerful mission- to uplift skilled workers, formalise local services, and assure trust, quality, and dignity in every household service delivered. The journey so far has been a true rollercoaster, but through bootstrapping, resilience, and the relentless efforts of my team, AbhiCares has grown into a revenue-generating venture, serving real households and creating real livelihoods that too without external funding. 🌱 Our Motto: Bihar se Bharat We believe Bihar doesn’t lack talent- it lacks platforms.
