Consequent to that, each unit had to setup a central talent function headed by Unit talent head. • As Delivery Manager for Telecom and Network OEM Clients, I was responsible for setting up and managing the Offshore Delivery Centers (ODCs) for clients. Under the ODCs, we provided complete end-to-end Product R&D and Engineering services for portfolio of client products ranging from CPE devices, access devices, routers/switches (edge & core), media & packet gateways, softswitches, wireless base stations, MSCs, wifi access points and a number of products in both wireline and wireless technologies.
