As a Health Documentation Specialist, I’m seeking to transition into a new career in the Information Technology field. Over 8 years of experience working with people in a fast paced, high pressure environment and 10 years of customer service. I have always had a passion for Technology since high school. I’ve always challenged myself when it came to computer issues that needed to be resolved. If I couldn’t figure out the issue before class was over, I would come back the next day and find out what steps were needed to solve the problem. While attending college, I took a course for programming where I learned JAVA and that’s when I confirmed that Information Technology has my heart.
