Accountable for implementing a “renewed” IFM contract across a large number of different asset archetypes (corp. offices, fuel and lubricants plants, tech centers etc.) within the Asia Oceania (AO) region.

Part of asset divestment, responsible for transitioning RE Bukom/SJI team to new counterparty.
Malaysia: 2xJV upstream assets and 1x Corporate Multi-Tenant HQ Office & 1x Training Centre. Updated: Q3-Q4 2023 Added 4x Fuels Terminal in West MY into my patch’s accountability.
Asia Pacific/Oceania: Lead Facilities Business Growth & Expansion, Contract Mgmt. & Tendering, Supplier Performance Management to align with company’s powering progress ambition.

1. Continue to expand Real Estate footprint within the Asia Oceania region with six major sites coming on stream.
2. Delivering global facilities management global RFP exercise (i.e. tender, evaluate, award, deploy and perform) for RE managed sites for the region.

1. Q1 2021: Onboarded to RE by managing E2E IFM services for
Shell Retail training facilities in Philippines.

2. Successfully Transitioned Asia 5x resources, contract performance and process control management activities to centralised team Shell BPO in India.
2020 Achievements
1. Onboarded to RE by managing non hydrocarbon asset SIngapore Tuas Lubrications Plant with a total 1M sqft in size.
2. Onboarded E2E IFM services for two Shell VIetnam corporate offices located in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi with a total 10k sqft in size.
3. Lead and Delivered a regional Facility Mgmt. transition of 40 sites (across 7 countries MY, SG, India, China/HK, TH, PH, Indonesia) to a refreshed supplier via a global RFP exercise with double digit savings
Responsible strategically to identify and deliver Real Estate Facilities Management (FM) growth within the Asia region.
Collaborate with FM Site Managers across Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, India, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia) to ensure Global Facilities Management Program (GFMP) partner’s scorecards, innovation, customer experience program, benchmarking, processes and regional/global initiative are delivered via the contract performance management team.
Support HSSE Real Estate team by continuously aiming for Zero-LTI (Loss Time Injury) and Zero-LSR (Life Saving Rules) on Real Estate managed sites.
Achievements by delivering 5 key strategic sites/locations on Asia’s RE foot print expansion from 2017-2020

USD1M by sharpening operational excellence of holiday asset rationalization, car park, energy savings plan and building contractual content and lease agreement review/renewal in collaboration with other work-stream such as JLL, Legal, C&P and RE teams within the Asia-Pacific Oceania region.
2. Constructing a fit for purpose employee hub comprising gym, café, yoga area, mother’s room, games & collaboration area.
3. VP award winner (2018) for mothballing 7 floors and then reposition/restacking employees to achieve 80% space utilisation. All 7 floors are then sublease and achieved 85% recovery of rental rate.

Lead and Collaborate with global IT providers (AT&T, HPE, T-System) by ensuring services are delivered per contract vendor management obligations. The robust portfolio plan supports the brand building and marketing campaigns on fuels product ranging from main grade fuels of Shell FuelSave, Shell Diesel, Shell Bio-Fuels to high performance fuels of Shell V-Power across 1000 retail stations within the cluster of MY, SG and HK. The brand and marketing calendar are often tied up with either Lubricants, Payment/Loyalty, Commercial Fleet and Non Fuels Retailing (Select shop, Shell's in house convenience retailing branded shop with other prominent co-locator). Just to highlight several key achievements such as re formulating a fuel that garnered saving of USD21M p/annum in Malaysia, successfully launched Shell V-Power in Macau and designed/implemented a marketing campaign with Bonuslink which delivered a national fuels growth of 7%.
