• Head of Real Estate FM services responsible for several Malaysia/Indonesia corporate office and holiday assets totaling approx. 1.0 M sqft. Delivering a conducive, fit for purpose working facilities and environment for over 1600 employees in Malaysia. A dynamic and lean team size over 10 employees (L3 - direct) and 100+ employees (L4 - indirect) rendered from collaborative partnership with JLL Malaysia.
• As a continuous improvement/six sigma green belt specialist,
• 1. I had achieved savings in less than 9 months on the role of approx. USD1M by sharpening operational excellence of holiday asset rationalization, car park, energy savings plan and building contractual content and lease agreement review/renewal in collaboration with other work-stream such as JLL, Legal, C&P and RE teams within the Asia-Pacific Oceania region.
• 2. Constructing a fit for purpose employee hub comprising gym, café, yoga area, mother’s room, games & collaboration area.
• 3. VP award winner (2018) for mothballing 7 floors and then reposition/restacking employees to achieve 80% space utilisation. All 7 floors are then sublease and achieved 85% recovery of rental rate.

• Lead and Collaborate with global IT providers (AT&T, HPE, T-System) by ensuring services are delivered per contract vendor management obligations. Design and improves contractual service level KPIs through contract negotiation, deep check and continuous improvement exercise with respective IT technology stream owners. The deep check exercise garnered an average year on year savings at approx. USD15M p/annum.

• Lead, Plan and Deliver a five year fuels portfolio plan for Malaysia (MY), Singapore (SG) and Hong Kong (HK). The robust portfolio plan supports the brand building and marketing campaigns on fuels product ranging from main grade fuels of Shell FuelSave, Shell Diesel, Shell Bio-Fuels to high performance fuels of Shell V-Power across 1000 retail stations within the cluster of MY, SG and HK. The brand and marketing calendar are often tied up with either Lubricants, Payment/Loyalty, Commercial Fleet and Non Fuels Retailing (Select shop, Shell's in house convenience retailing branded shop with other prominent co-locator). Just to highlight several key achievements such as re formulating a fuel that garnered saving of USD21M p/annum in Malaysia, successfully launched Shell V-Power in Macau and designed/implemented a marketing campaign with Bonuslink which delivered a national fuels growth of 7%.

• Part of a sales team that manages the operational excellence, HSSE, fuels and non-fuels volume performance and overall profitability of 35 retail petrol stations (direct) and 60 retails station (in direct) in a particular northern district envelope of Malaysia. Key achievements is having the ability to turnaround an assigned territory (35 stations) from bottom 3 ranking to top 3 within 12 months on the role. The stations within my jurisdiction subsequently contributes between a 5% to 7% financial year on year growth within an approx. 900 petrol stations across the country.

• Leader of community of approx. 120 IT employees across Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific. Lead and implement global operational processes. Additional job scope (1 year) for being part of a core team that successful migrate IT services from Europe/Americas to Bangalore, India via partnership with Wipro. This migration program achieved savings of approx. USD20M.

• Leader of teams of approx. 45 IT employees in Asia-Pacific. Lead a team that deliver IT supports to Shell staff across all businesses. In addition to my job scope (1 year), i had successfully set-up and transition UNIX-LINUX service desk from Aberdeen, Scotland and Miri, Sarawak to Cyberjaya. This newly setup additional team size of 15 staff provides global 24x7 Unix/Linux front line support to all Shell Exploration and Production customers. The migration exercise garnered approx. USD2M savings.
