I am an agribusiness management postgraduate and UGC NET (Management) qualified researcher with a strong academic foundation in agriculture and a focused interest in women entrepreneurship, rural enterprise development, and agribusiness policy. My work is centered on understanding how women-led enterprises operate within resource-constrained environments, particularly in Jammu & Kashmir, and how institutional support systems, government schemes, and capacity-building initiatives influence their sustainability and growth. I have hands-on experience in primary data collection, survey design, stakeholder interviews, and quantitative and qualitative analysis, and I am actively engaged in transforming research findings into policy-relevant insights. My academic background enables me to bridge theory with ground realities in agribusiness and rural development.
