I began by owning quality and UX at Frido, ensuring every release was stable, smooth, and aligned with real user behaviour. Over time, my work naturally expanded into product thinking, optimisation, and development. Today, I work as a Software Engineer, handling the India website end-to-end — development, product execution, optimisation, UX improvements, coordinating with the agency, reviewing implementations, and driving changes that improve both the customer journey and business performance. A role I grew into through ownership, curiosity, and consistently going beyond expectations. Still learning. Still improving. Still building better experiences.
