About

I have had the privilege of building and leading high-performing teams that are passionate about impact and value creation. My experience includes senior leadership roles at Fortune 50 companies as well as diverse leadership roles within private equity. At Material Plus, a Blackstone portfolio company, our passion is helping our clients drive Intelligent Growth through consumer insights and decision science, demand-driven growth strategies, and AI-driven digital experiences. We help 75% of the F500 grow by doing more of what their customers love. Prior to joining Material Plus as CEO, I chaired its board of directors as a Blackstone Senior Advisor. Before this, served as CEO of KKR-owned Aricent, leading its acquistion by Altran Technologies. As Americas CEO of Altran, I worked with our amazing global team to help double Altran’s market value within eighteen months, leading to another successful acquisition by $20B industry leader Capgemini. In prior senior leadership roles at BCG and Accenture, I advised the CEOs, executive teams and boards of some of the world’s most admired Fortune 100 companies and private equity firms.
