That journey across both worlds taught me something most consultancies donโ€™t see: companies donโ€™t fail from lack of effort. They fail from lack of clarity. Working agency-side showed me how brands think. Going in-house showed me how businesses operate. But it was the boardroom that showed me what actually moves the needle, and what just creates noise. Across Samsung, LEGO, Heineken, AirAsia, and ASICS, I learned how growth really happens, and where even the best teams get stuck. The pattern I kept seeing: brilliant people pouring energy into campaigns and initiatives that created motion but didnโ€™t build momentum. Busy everywhere, but not always moving toward the same goal. Each brand taught me something invaluable. And over two decades, those lessons crystallized into a clear picture of the gap between strategy and execution. When Samsung restructured in 2025, the choice became clear: find another corporate role, or take everything Iโ€™d learned and build something to help others bridge that gap.
