  • My Vision:
  • The growth and success of any Higher Education Institution (HEI) are driven by multiple factors, among which Innovation, Publications, and Research (IPR) are paramount. These pillars not only enhance an institute’s intellectual property but also shape its long-term reputation and global standing. Teaching, being at the core of all three, serves as the foundation upon which knowledge creation and dissemination thrive. With this conviction, I have dedicated my career to channeling my energy and intellect towards strengthening IPR for myself and the institutions I serve. Over more than two decades, I have gained extensive experience as a researcher, author, editor, series editor, and guest editor, publishing widely and contributing meaningfully to advancing scholarship. This journey has reinforced my belief that impactful research and quality publications are central to elevating any HEI. Alongside my research credentials, I bring over 20 years of expertise in teaching and senior-level academic administration. My sound understanding of university acts, statutes, and ordinances equips me to manage administrative responsibilities effectively while ensuring robust institutional governance. Equally, my deep familiarity with the National Education Policy (NEP-2020) enables me to contribute to academic reforms, aligning institutional practices with national educational priorities. A lifelong learner at heart, I continually seek to expand my knowledge through practice and reflection, finding fulfillment in learning while working. This approach not only enriches my own growth but also enhances the value I contribute to my institution and the wider academic community.
