• Led InCred’s D2C initiatives for Personal Loans (PL) product:
• Built interoperable web & app user journeys for personal loans, using SDUI framework, to cater to all segments of users, and address key UI/UX pain points.
• Engaged closely with Fraud & Risk analytics teams to build ML based risk control layers in the loan journey like - SMS Scorecard, Behavioral data Scorecard etc. to deliver industry best NPA numbers.
• Launched campaigns & built features like smart assist, micro tutorials etc. to improve the usability & self serve rates amongst blue collar and tier 2/3 user base.
• Built Embedded PL Lending API stack for B2B marketplaces, enabling users to complete the entire loan application journey on partner platform, reducing top-of-the-funnel drop offs by 30%
• Conducted extensive AB testing coupled with 100+ user interviews & in-house usability sessions to deliver best in class user experience on the InCred platform.
