• I was there for a brief period helping with Software Integration with TI chipsets for handset makers in China. Worked as Platform Project Manager to lead the SKYMAP-Software porting/integration activities for a GGE/TD-SCDMA dual technology handset for NOKIA. Responsibilities include aligning internal feature-roadmap with customer SOW, monitoring of internal feature development, interfacing with customer & chipset partner, issue tracking/resolution etc.

• Worked as Project Manager to manage multiple CDMA handset development projects for several network operators (Alltel, US Cellular et al). Key work areas span from product conceptualization till market launch/EOL maintenance/support. Responsibilities include Project Planning, creating WBS, scheduling, tracking / status reporting, risk-analysis, quality management etc in several PM process areas.
• Was responsible as Engineering Team Lead for UI/Apps team of 16 developers. Responsibilities included hiring, & growing the center with good talent, mentoring & providing in house technical training, coming up with job definitions & roles, creating KPIs, kicking off 6-sigma TDR projects for improvement.
