A self-fuelled serial entrepreneur who always challenged the normal, I headed my first venture at the age of 20 and this 37 year journey of leadership has taken me from Manufacturing to Infrastructure to Nurturing Start ups to Renewable Energy to my latest passion of championing inclusion of women through my Femtech venture, Miror. Miror is a 360-degree care initiative for women in peri/menopause where we support thousands of women with access to quality information, guidance and care. I empower ambitious individuals through my 'Servant Leadership' roles with the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. As Past Chapter Chair of YPO and Founder of Entrepreneur Organisations (EO) Bangalore Chapter, I thrive on helping others succeed. While at the Business School at Duke, being the first ever International student chosen by his peers, to be their Graduation Speaker is a memory that I will cherish for a lifetime. My service to Duke University’s School of Business has been recognised thanks to my various awards over the last 25 years and currently sit on their South Asia Regional Advisory Board. My learning journey has also taken me to Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program. For the last 25 years, I have been a relentless advocate for sustainable energy. Soham Energy was one of the first private entities to make renewable energy a reality to all. Recognized by Reuters, WSJ, and Bloomberg, I remain dedicated to harnessing nature’s power to serve humanity while preserving our planet. Outside of my work in health, energy and entrepreneurship, I am the President of Rugby Karnataka, where I focus on improving the health, nutrition, and life skills of our players, reflecting my past as a sportsman which has fuelled my lifelong love of sports and belief in the power of teamwork. Being a city-dweller I love to travel, which has given me the opportunity to interact with people beyond boundaries and also adding memories from these places to my interior decor collection. Being a conversationalist, I enjoy talking about common interests in food, lessons from movies, music, all about design and even how I set my style statement with my customized wardrobe.
