Working as an Assistant Manager at 6 HI reversible cold rolling mill operations department And looking after all the shift activities such as -
Inspection of HR coils received from the pickling line and planning it accordingly.
Pass schedule preparation as per input thickness, grade, mill condition, and output thickness.
Roll coolant parameters maintenance such as Iron content, pH, Temp., conductivity, tank level, and oil concentration.
Inspection of the finished CR coil such as width, thickness measurement and surface, edge inspection of coil.
Planning material, rolls, consumables and maintenance activities for smooth and uninterrupted rolling operations.
Knowledge of all Mill shop floor activities such as roll assemblies, roll coolant maintenance, also familiar with general maintenance activities followed in rolling mills.
Regular communication with customer lines, i.e. galvanizing and galvalume lines for feedback of our material.
