I am a physiotherapist based in Frankfurt, Germany, working at the intersection of clinical practice, healthcare technology, and international workforce development. My journey began as a private practitioner in India, where I built India’s first web-based clinic management software for physiotherapists in 2013, driven by an early interest in structured care delivery and digital workflows. After more than five years of clinical experience, I moved to Germany to pursue master’s research in Medical Informatics, gaining first-hand exposure to German healthcare systems, documentation standards, and employer expectations. This combined experience led me to found Meduniverse International Pvt. Ltd., a Germany-focused career development platform that supports Indian physiotherapists through structured, ethical, and eligibility-based pathways—aligning language, licensing readiness, and professional standards with real-world practice in Germany. In parallel, I founded AI.Physio, an AI-powered assistant for physiotherapists, designed to support clinicians across the full continuum of care. AI.Physio focuses on augmenting clinical workflows, enhancing patient engagement, and enabling more objective, technology-assisted rehabilitation—without disrupting the therapist–patient relationship. Rather than replacing clinical expertise, AI.Physio is built to reduce friction in daily practice, support better decision-making, and help physiotherapists deliver consistent, outcome-oriented care in both in-clinic and remote settings. Across both initiatives, my work is centered on one goal: empowering physiotherapists with clarity, competence, and future-ready systems—so they can build sustainable careers and deliver higher-quality care, particularly between India and Germany.
