I’m the Founding Architect and Engineer at Headlamp Health, where we’re on a mission to bring precision to psychiatry through personalized, AI-powered insights that empower clinicians and patients. I lead the design of our Agentic AI framework, combining retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and intelligent reasoning to make psychiatric care more contextual, explainable, and data-driven. At Headlamp, I get to do what I love most — solve complex problems, mentor engineers, and build AI systems that matter. I work hands-on with tools like LangGraph, PydanticAI, and Vector Databases to craft effective RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and reasoning agents that push the boundaries of Agentic AI in healthcare.
