My computer science journey started with curiosity, not confidence. In the beginning, coding felt overwhelming → errors piled up, algorithms looked impossible, and failed attempts were more frequent than successes. But persistence paid off. Step by step, I refined my skills → solving 400+ LeetCode problems in Java, exploring algorithms deeply, and building the mindset of a problem-solver. Projects became my playground → from implementing security features to integrating AI models, I learned how to bridge software engineering with artificial intelligence. Another major turning point in my journey has been open-source contribution. Instead of just using tools, I started exploring how they work internally. This led me to contribute to open-source projects, where I dive into real production-level codebases, understand architecture, fix bugs, and improve features. Contributing has taught me things that textbooks rarely cover, code quality, collaborative development, reading large codebases, and writing production-ready solutions. Recently, I’ve been contributing to projects like Streamlit, exploring its internal architecture, from Python APIs to frontend components, while submitting improvements and fixes. Open source has helped me understand how world-class software is built and maintained by global communities.
