Over 8 years at Aon I: - Was promoted numerous time to get to ARL-5 (Director level) within just 6 years at Aon - Was handpicked by then CEO Nick Frankland to chair the Next Gen Group - Received a distinction in the “Senior Insurance Professional” programme and was named National Apprentice of the Year for top-tier performance by the training assessor. - Spent a year working part time on shaping our global cyber-reinsurance strategy to allow me time to earn a diploma in music production and technology - Separately I also ran a small business / passion project in Amorucci (a premium linen-shirt brand) I'm a big believer in pursuing passions.
