Rezaul Haque — Consultant
Rezaul Haque is an independent researcher with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from East West University. During his undergraduate studies, he discovered a passion for applying machine learning (ML) to tackle real-world challenges. His work primarily focuses on developing AI-driven diagnostic tools for early cancer detection, with expertise in data mining, image processing, and AI/ML concepts. At the Dataxense Lab, Rezaul conducted research on multi-stage leukemia classification using medical imaging and deep learning techniques. His study improved both the sensitivity and precision in diagnosing rare subtypes of leukemia. He also led research on underwater object detection by creating a customized YOLOv8 architecture that included innovative modules. Earlier in his career, Rezaul worked as a research assistant at the Applied Bahari Big Data Research House, where he developed an interpretable hybrid deep learning system for early skin cancer detection. His contributions include conference papers on topics such as emotion classification, sentiment analysis of drug reviews, and cyberbullying detection, as well as biomedical applications including LVEF estimation, Alzheimer's diagnosis, epileptic seizure prediction, and pneumonia detection. Beyond healthcare, Rezaul has applied Vision Transformers (ViTs) for defect recognition in agriculture and the leather industry, presenting his findings at conferences worldwide. He has also delivered talks on topics ranging from health informatics to computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and cybersecurity, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the AI research community.
