About

Hi, I’m Edyta — a platform and infrastructure-focused product leader with a background in engineering, consulting, and cross-cultural tech. Over the past 8+ years, I’ve worked with Fortune 100 enterprises and helped them modernize how developers build, test, and deploy software. I’ve led engineering teams, partnered with platform orgs, and shipped internal tools that actually get adopted (not gather dust in Confluence). I’m especially passionate about Internal Developer Platforms, Design Systems, DevEx, and scaling infra with empathy. My experience at Thoughtworks has sharpened my technical edge and ability to navigate complex orgs. I speak regularly on aligning platform teams with consumers using tools like Service Blueprints. I’m also exploring portfolio work — advising, building, investing — and growing visibility in the platform product space. Originally from Poland 🇵🇱, I’ve worked in the UK 🇬🇧 and San Francisco, CA and now live in NYC 🇺🇸. I bring a global, pragmatic, and human-centered approach to technical product leadership. Let’s connect if you’re building in DevTools, platform engineering, or looking for a product partner who thrives in the messy middle.

  • The course helped me develop the technical writing skills as well as the translation skills to a professional level. At the same time, the course provided knowledge and skills in relation to a range of technologies which underpin modern communication and translation industry.
  • The course was complemented by modules with a technological focus, as well as computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools, such as machine translation and translation memory.
  • The course provided a range of opportunities to develop my communication expertise across cultures through the production of translated text from a foreign language. (Languages: German, Polish, English).
  • The expert communicator is an individual who is able to produce high-quality output to meet the needs and expectations of different audiences. To achieve this aim, writers use a document production process which attaches as much importance to the preliminary stage of research, including audience analysis, as it does to the production and review stages.
