• I was a team lead for the internal training programme collaborating in a distributed fashion with people across Europe. To my responsibilities belonged, between others, organisation of the team structure and ways of working in a collaborative manner together with the team members. Create trust within the team, ask necessary questions to ensure clarity is achieved, be a point of contact between stakeholders and the team.

• The course provided a range of opportunities to develop my communication expertise across cultures through the production of translated text from a foreign language. (Languages: German, Polish, English).
• The expert communicator is an individual who is able to produce high-quality output to meet the needs and expectations of different audiences. To achieve this aim, writers use a document production process which attaches as much importance to the preliminary stage of research, including audience analysis, as it does to the production and review stages.
