  • Funnel IQ is a venture backed startup. It provides an operating system for GTM teams that keepsmarketing, sales and customer success teams aligned to drive more revenue growth for your business.
  • With Funnel IQ, you get a GTM data platform + end-to-end, full funnel analytics and insights acrossmarketing, sales and customer success so you can finally understand what channels and activitieswithin your GTM motion actually drive revenue.
  • As a co-founder and CTO, I am responsible for hiring a team of software and data engineers to buildthe product from scratch and be part of raising venture funding. FunnelIQ operated by pulling data fromdifferent systems into a data warehouse and applying custom dbt transformations on top of it to extractinsights for revenue operations teams.
  • As a part of building this product we built a community named Revops Co-op. After 2 years, we noticedthat the product did not achieve a product market fit but the community did very well in terms of growth. We pivoted to focus on building the community and a community product with the remaining money. Ihad to let go of the entire engineering team and build Atomic, a Slack community management softwareas a solo engineering and product head.

  • Since the product really helped our community, we decided offer that to other communities. We had40 communities using the product with me in charge of marketing, customer success, product andengineering.
  • After a few months, we did not have enough paid customers to run the product economically so wedecided to cut down all the product efforts and convert our startup into a profitable media company(revopscoop.com).
