This product aligned company’s vision for reducing applications from 40-5-1. By launching this product, I consolidated over 94% of T-Mobile sales from various channels like retail, care, business, cross channel, Puerto-Rico, sprint. Since launch, it is used by over 50K users and processes 100K+ orders, and millions of transactions per hour.

• Phoenix is the name of newly revamped and re-platformed B2C e-commerce solution for Boots. Boots.com is the retail e-commerce web site for the Boots Company, a health and beauty retailer. It provides the web interface for the customers to shop, a search engine to search/browse items, add those items to the shopping cart, choose delivery options, checkout, secure credit card transaction for payment and caters for various types of promotion. The middle tier consists of a messaging system - MQ for guaranteed transactions. Boots.com has its own warehouse to deal with its supply chain and logistics needs. Boots has recently re-designed their entire web platform using the latest WebSphere Commerce platform.
