I’m a UX & Product Design leader with 15+ years of experience working across enterprise systems, where ambiguity, scale, and interdependencies shape both user experience and business outcomes. My work sits at the intersection of design, product strategy, and technology, with a focus on building systems that enable clarity, consistency, and better decision-making across organizations. I specialize in untangling complexity—translating user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints into scalable design approaches. Rather than focusing only on individual features or interfaces, I work at the system level: defining patterns, shaping standards, and enabling teams to build cohesive experiences across products and platforms. A key part of my approach is viewing organizations as systems that make decisions. I explore and apply structured ways of improving how decisions are defined, aligned, and operationalized across teams (an approach I refer to as Decision.OS). This perspective helps reduce friction, improve alignment, and support more consistent outcomes at scale. My experience spans UX strategy, design systems, operating models, and cross-functional alignment. I partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to navigate ambiguity, influence direction, and support decision-making across complex environments. This includes contributing to planning, solutioning, estimation, pre-sales engagements, and guiding execution across distributed teams. I’ve worked across industries including banking, finance, insurance, healthcare, education, retail, automotive, enterprise platforms, and internal tools. This breadth has shaped a grounded perspective on designing for scale, governance, and evolving user expectations in enterprise contexts. I also spend a significant portion of my time mentoring designers, shaping design practices, and contributing to the evolution of design systems and UX maturity within organizations.
