About

I am a PhD Candidate in Management (Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship) at IAE Business School (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA) and a Faculty Fellow focused on advancing innovation, entrepreneurship education, and AI-enabled learning environments in higher education. My research examines how business schools contribute to entrepreneurial ecosystems and sustainable development through their Third Mission. I am particularly interested in how universities can act as catalysts for innovation, regional development, and societal impact in an increasingly digital and interconnected world. I hold a Master of Educational Technology from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s in Cybersecurity and Forensic Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. This interdisciplinary training allows me to bridge entrepreneurship, technology management, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity education to design future-ready learning environments. Over the past decade, I have taught entrepreneurship, business management, information systems, and cybersecurity across Canadian and international institutions, including Vancouver Community College and Westcliff University. My teaching philosophy emphasizes empathy, clarity, and experiential learning, helping students develop confidence, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills. Beyond teaching and research, I contribute to academic governance, curriculum innovation, and program development. I remain actively engaged with innovation and cybersecurity communities through conferences such as BSides Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Seattle, connecting academic ideas with industry practice. Originally arriving in Canada with a passion for technology and education, I have built my academic career around the belief that education should empower people not only with knowledge, but with purpose, opportunity, and the courage to create meaningful change. Outside academia, I value time with my young family, nature, and reflective practice, which continually shape my approach to teaching and scholarship.
