About

At Turing, I am part of the executive leadership team and run two interconnected businesses. The first powers the data infrastructure that the frontier AI labs depend on to train frontier models. I run the data generation organization with a marketplace of tens of thousands of contributors delivering data across code, STEM reasoning, agentic workflows, RL data, audio, video, and images. The second is Turing’s enterprise AI business. In under a year, we took it from zero to $20M+ ARR -building the GTM engine, architecting the strategy, building proprietary AI adoption technology platform and building a forward-deployed engineering organization that now delivers high-ROI AI systems in production for he world’s largest financial services organizations. Before Turing, I spent 19 years at Mphasis building and running one of the firm’s largest businesses: $400M+ in annual revenue, 6,000 engineers, and 12 of the world’s largest financial institutions. Grew that book 7X over five years — primarily through deep account expansion (effective NDR >200%) and disciplined new logo acquisition — while delivering complex transformation programs: petabyte-scale data migrations, cloud migration factories, and multi-year CxO-level program governance. The thread across my career: Take something from zero and build it into a machine that sustains and scales beyond any single leader. I’m excited about translating frontier AI capability into enterprise value - because that’s where the hardest organizational and technical problems converge
