I’ve spent the last few years trying to understand how businesses actually scale not on slides, but in real operating conditions. My journey has taken me through multiple ventures across consumer brands, AI, finance, and operations. I worked with early-stage teams at Prodigal AI and Delzop, both of got funded and acquired resp.These experiences have shaped how I think about building systems before scale arrives. From early tech environments to hands-on distribution and last-mile challenges, each phase taught me how quickly theory changes once it meets reality. Today, I’m a 2× founder, helping scale UBON Online, a Made-in-India consumer electronics brand. My work focuses on business systems, inventory and fulfilment planning, and on-ground execution building processes that can hold up as volumes grow. Some things worked. Some didn’t.
