I’m the Co-Founder of Humyn Labs and KGeN, platforms that organize large-scale human networks into intelligence infrastructure used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems. At Humyn Labs, we work with frontier technology companies to build human intelligence systems that power next-generation AI — from conversational models that require real-world human context to emerging physical AI systems that depend on human data generated in the physical world. I’m also the Co-Founder of KGeN (Kratos Gamified Engagement Network), a decentralised verified human distribution network that organizes digital micro-communities across 60+ countries, primarily across the Global South. Since launching in October 2022, KGeN has grown to over 53 million users and generates $83M in annual recurring revenue, driven by a model that enables communities to build reputation and participate in the value they help create. Previously, I served as CEO of Nazara Technologies, where I led the company’s IPO and helped establish India’s first publicly listed gaming company, scaling the business to a $1B+ market capitalization while building global communities across esports, gamified learning, and sports simulation platforms. My work connects a consistent thread — from building digital communities to organizing large-scale human networks that help shape how the next generation of AI systems learns from the real world.
