I have worked at the Coquet Trust for 15 years, working my way up to being a support manager until July 25, I then moved to HFT as a deputy Service Manager, I work in 2 service with some amazing staff and people that we support, prompting independent with positive support, positive behaviours planning, giving good quality support tailored to the people we support, inspire them to live there best life. Supporting the people to conduct interviews, Outing, finding new activities, planning holidays, refreshing there home. Working with North Tyneside/ Newcastle/Northumberland council/ Care Manager to make sure there hours match and are specific to the way the person want. Again covering lots of different disabilities as well as Autism, Epilepsy and Dementia. Delighted to be offered a 6 months Interim service managers role with HFT starting in Feb 2026
