 Partnered with executives across two product areas (PAs) at Google, Payments and Workspace, to set risk benchmarks and a formal operating agreement. Worked across Workspace Growth, Fraud and Abuse, Finance, Billing, Payments Charging, Risk, Trust & Safety, and Product Counsels of both PAs.
 Spearheaded an org level OKR with uncompromising code yellow timelines for Ads, saving intentional delinquency losses of $79M. Collaborated across Ads Billing, Legal, T&S, Support, and Payments Engg teams.
 Lead Cloud Marketplace, a $xB revenue product, risk assessment to consult Cloud leadership on risks involved in launching the new marketplace agency business model. Agency model helped Google de risk liability stemming from a reseller of 3rd party services on Google Cloud.

Within first 12 months in the current role, launched a major product, Decision Editor, from scratch, which impacts all of the ~1 billion risk decisions made per day at eBay.com and all of its ancillary sites.
 Introduced flow-based risk Decision Engine replacing legacy atomic rules to mitigate fraud and intermediate payments worth $100B in 20+ countries, improving loss rate by 4 bps (~$40 Million)
