• As a VOICE & Vocal Presence Coach, I love working with leaders on their Voice & Attitude. Voice is something we take so much for granted. The pandemic gave us an insight into how virtual connections were important and will stay! The voice became a crucial element! As a catalyst with leaders to find their voice, the journey with corporate leaders, startups, educators & changemakers has been satisfying.
• For women, I started VANI an exclusive customized one-on-one session. VANI is an acronym - Virtual Articulation Narrating Instrument- and also a four-step framework distributed over TEN one on one sessions & four optional sessions. These cover all aspects of self-expression. It is designed to assist women on their leadership journey to find their voice, VANI is a woman-only offering.
• With a National & International award for scripting & narration in Radio documentaries, my expertise in self-expression comes from my 18-year experience in the Voice industry parallelly as an RJ, Chatshow show host, emcee, and voiceover artiste. It's all of this that I use in the coaching program.
• Each session of self-discovery would be a blend of assessments, creativity, emotional connect & analysis. The sessions are completely customized as per the client’s needs.

• VOICE for me is my coaching framework where each alphabet stands for what one needs to work on both at personal & professional levels. Many people who come in for coaching straight away say that they dislike their own voices. The whole framework is around falling in love with your voice to express with complete acceptance.

• An Amazing year completed at GAP where I learnt with all humility how Passion & selflessness can take one to a greater space. As a coach for ChangeMakers, my learning has been phenomenal. • Group Coaching is also what I have been working on for sometime now. The focus here is on the individual's ability to introspect..Life & relationships are completely hinged on how thoughts are expressed. This awareness is the crux of effective communication. Beginning with self awareness & moving up on the pyramid of Emotional Intelligence leads to the top where true leadership lies which is meant for a select few. This group who are able to sustain themselves at the top are the ones who are great at Intrapersonal communication which comes only with self awareness. A slow but definite path one has to take to move in the right direction.

• My main responsibilities were organising workshops for children over the weekends & training teachers in the techniques of story telling during the week. Visiting schools & holding workshops on story telling was also part of my job. During holidays organising 2 week camps was part of it. Every session generally had a story session & then an hour long creative intepretation of the story by the kids.

• Meeti yaadein:(7p.m -8 p.m) Passionate about old Hindi songs ..this one hour has interesting trivia to make the listening experience enriching.
• Western music hour (10 p.m -11p.m): International tracks played this one hour.

• Loved this phase of educating parents on the importance of reading. As a mother of two by then, this was an occupation where I could take my kids to work. A non believer in the concept of quality time with kids, this was a challenging as well as a satisfying phase as a mother too. Gave me the freedom to work flexible hours & see so many parents first hand.

• A satisfying one & a half years which made me understand what co-operative societies in India are all about. My job meant creating an awareness amongst these societies of the schemes the government had for the co-operative sector. A great learning it sure was. The high point was the formation of a "self- help group" comprising women who were highly motivated to make a difference in their lives with job wrk we were getting them - which was unskilled labour. IRMA which came to study the impact of the project was so impressed that instead of a year's extension, suggested we need to continue for the next three years. I quit working at this point as I was entering a beautiful phase of my life called Motherhood & wanted to enjoy every moment of it.
