In last 2 decades, I have been transforming businesses & processes through technology in various roles I have done. My diverse work experience across technology, analytics, strategy consulting & commercial execution has helped me successfully enable digital transformation which is practical, less-disruptive and truly measurable. I lead the Global IT Capability Center for Baxter, which is world’s leading medical devices and healthcare organisation. Earlier, I have done technology leadership roles in GSK Biopharma and Godrej Consumer products. These roles include technology led business transformation, leading large delivery teams, building & rapidly scaling new capabilities and transforming IT operating models. Before joining tech leadership roles in Industry, I had a successful & enriching career in strategy consulting focused on digital strategy, commercial technology & supply chain transformation.
