Ahmed Anwar Faiz — Product Manager
I’m a Product Manager at Navi, working on building and scaling Credit on UPI, where payments, lending, underwriting and customer experience come together in real time. I started my career on the analytics side, which still shapes how I build product today: every flow, rule and feature I ship is driven by data, not intuition. Over time, I’ve moved from analysing funnels and cohorts to owning end-to-end product areas across core lending systems and customer journeys. My current work is focused on Trezo - Navi’s Credit Line on UPI product - where I design how customers experience credit while also building the backend systems underneath: underwriting logic, CLMS (Credit Line Management System), account state machines, billing and repayment flows. I enjoy working on problems where scale and complexity matter - taking financial rules and constraints and turning them into simple, reliable user experiences that work in production. I began in growth and product analytics before transitioning into product management, and now work full-time on building and scaling Credit on UPI at Navi.
