Built a cloud-hosted SaaS accounting platform for real estate investors from scratch. Designed and implemented the full stack: multi-tenant architecture, authentication, payment processing, data encryption, and cloud deployment in C#/.NET with Blazor.
After validating the product with CPAs and property managers, recognized that traditional UI was the wrong interface for the problem. Pivoted to an AI-native architecture where the entire user experience runs through Anthropic's Model Context Protocol (MCP) with Claude as the interface, eliminating the web frontend completely. Rebuilt the data layer around local SQLite with double-entry transaction validation.
One of the earliest real-world applications built natively on MCP rather than retrofitted to it.
