• Design and develop features on the Riverbed Cloud Portal, which is a Linux Web Server accessible to the customers and our Steelheads. Work with existing APIs and come up with new API design and quickly develop them on the Cloud portal. Also develop the software the conforms to the API on the Steelhead devices so it can integrate with the Cloud Portal.
• Perform work with Cloud Steelhead product which accelerates access to cloud services such as SaaS. Increase ease of Cloud Steelhead deployments through integration with Cloud Portal. Assist with bandwidth and latency issues prevalent with cloud services. Maintained the Riverbed Cloud Portal which provides an interface to deploy Cloud Steelhead, license and manage the Steelheads once deployed.

•  Developed a ‘Point-of-Sale’ solution that uses image recognition techniques.
•  The solution was a proof of concept of an idea to reduce the billing time for items that cannot be tagged with bar-codes or RFID tags.

•  Mobile POS: Mobile POS is a solution deployed in hand-held devices like FUJITSU TeamPad500G, O2 PDA.
•  This solution is used by retail store managers to aid customers to checkout from any location in a store.
•  Was appreciated and offered a full time position in Tata Consultancy Services for outstanding performance during the internship.
