I’ve spent most of my career working on complex business and brand problems, helping teams move from ambiguity to clarity, and from intent to execution. Today, I work as AVP – Business Solutions & Operations at Creativefuel, where my role focuses on solving problems at two levels. I support the company’s growth through planning, hiring, and operational structure, and I help brands think through larger strategic questions, from positioning and insight to scalable execution frameworks. Internally, I work closely with leadership on business planning, team structuring, and operational efficiency. This includes guiding hiring decisions, building processes, and ensuring teams are set up to deliver consistently as the business grows. Externally, I support brand and strategy teams by helping frame the right problems, sharpen insights, and align creative direction with real business objectives. My work typically sits upstream, ensuring strategy is grounded in audience understanding, cultural context, and commercial reality before execution begins. Before Creativefuel, I was part of WLDD during a high-growth phase, contributing to large-scale brand mandates across entertainment, consumer tech, fintech, e-commerce, and mobility.
