Anirudh Sanyal — Associate Partner
13 years in healthcare has taught me that the hardest problems live at the borders - between clinical and commercial, between what AI can theoretically do and what actually survives deployment inside a health system. That's where I work, with Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences organizations on problems that don't fit neatly into one function: Value-Based Care models that need to actually change clinical behavior, AI solutions that have to survive contact with messy real-world data, client relationships where the credibility has to be both scientific and strategic. My work is a hybrid of consulting and product leadership - I've led pursuit teams, design AI-powered solutions, and stay accountable to delivery. What I find most interesting is the translation problem: taking what's genuinely possible with generative AI and clinical data and making it legible, useful, and durable inside complex workflows in healthcare organizations. I've led an enterprise pipeline of 300+ AI initiatives, supported clinical trials, contributed to peer-reviewed research, and built GenAI agents that move from proof-of-concept to measurable P&L impact. I think of my domain — population health, clinical workflows, VBC, as the operating system underneath every conversation I have with clients. In today world, I think of healthcare ecosystems less as a technical problem and more as an organizational and epistemological one. Getting the tech right is the easy part now. Getting a live workflows to trust it, act on it, and build on it, that's the actual work.
