I care deeply about tackling climate change, which I have worked on for two decades. I co-founded Calyx Global to try and increase the impact of voluntary carbon markets. Formerly, I was at the State Department where, among other duties, I served as a climate change negotiator for the United States. I then was an advisor to governments, companies, philanthropies and multilateral institutions on climate action and policies. There is so much work to do! I feel honored that I've been able to work alongside so many climate champions who have dedicated their lives to making this blue marble a safe place to live.
