I work on data-driven, AI-native products for B2B SaaS, focusing on workflows that connect operations, product data and the customer lifecycle. By day I’m a Product Designer at Backstaff Planning, shaping tools that help teams make better decisions from their data. In parallel I’m building Minimo, an AI-native product in the CRM and lifecycle space, where I experiment with new ways of using product data and automation (email, messaging, workflows). I like sitting between design, product and engineering, and I’m especially interested in how SaaS teams use AI and their own data to drive activation, retention and better customer experiences.
