I am a Structural and Earthquake Engineer with strong expertise in the design and analysis of earthquake-resistant structures. I am capable of developing efficient and reliable seismic-resistant structural systems, with particular emphasis on the use of passive seismic protection devices such as Base Isolation systems, Buckling-Restrained Braces (BRBs), Yielding Brace Systems (YBS), shear wall systems, and Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBFs) to significantly enhance structural safety under earthquake loading. Over the past three years, I have analyzed and designed multiple challenging structural projects, where I successfully applied nonlinear time-history analysis and performance-based seismic design approaches. These projects were optimized to achieve the desired safety performance while remaining economical and practical for real-world implementation. My doctoral research work was entirely focused on earthquake protective systems and advanced lateral load-resisting mechanisms, which provided me with extensive hands-on research and analytical experience in this specialized field. Through this work, I gained deep exposure to seismic performance evaluation, system behavior under strong ground motions, and design strategies aimed at improving structural resilience. I am highly motivated to transition into industry roles within my domain, where I can apply my research background, analytical skills, and performance-based design expertise to practical engineering problems and contribute to the development of safe, efficient, and earthquake-resilient structures.
