Designed and developed the complete backend system for Tripura's upcoming VAT Registration Portal using Spring Boot and PostgreSQL, powering modular multi-step registration workflows (Part A, B, C, etc.).
Implemented JWT-based authentication, secured RESTful APIs, and role-based token validation across all protected endpoints.
Engineered robust file upload support, storing documents in the database using @Lob fields with MIME-type validation and metadata handling.
Built clean DTO ↔ Entity mappings, max-SNO-based record insertion logic, and modular service layers for better maintainability and scalability.
Collaborated with the frontend team to deploy the backend on Render, supporting live testing and forming the foundation for Tripura’s upcoming state-level tax registration platform.
