About

Driven by a deep conviction to address the climate crisis through innovation and entrepreneurship, I transitioned from a global corporate career to co-found Carbon Masters—a company dedicated to enabling low-carbon futures through practical, scalable energy and regenerative agriculture solutions. My early career spanned leadership roles in sales, marketing, and consulting with global companies like Procter & Gamble, PwC Consulting, and IBM, where I led international assignments across Turkey and Germany. But in 2006, inspired by Al Gore’s film on climate change, I decided to realign my career with purpose. I returned to academia to earn a Master’s in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh. At Carbon Masters, we support clients in the UK and India with GHG assessments, carbon accounting, and carbon management strategy development, helping them reduce their environmental footprint using data-driven insights and clean energy innovations. In 2014, we launched Carbonlites—South India’s first brand of compressed biomethane (bio-CNG) and bio-enriched organic fertilizer. This renewable energy solution is derived from anaerobic digestion of food and animal waste, displacing fossil fuels like diesel and LPG, while also returning valuable nutrients to the soil through organic fertilizer. It’s a circular, climate-friendly model that supports both sustainable energy and regenerative agriculture. Today, I split my time between Newcastle and Bangalore, working with teams, partners, and clients who share a vision for a cleaner, more sustainable world. My core focus lies in low-carbon entrepreneurship, business strategy, and climate innovation—with expertise in: Carbon management strategies to deliver net zero Clean tech business development Customer and stakeholder engagement Renewable energy and regenerative agricultural transitions for emerging markets
